PANGEA / PRIVACY

Your information, handled with care.

Updated October 7, 2026. Pangea is an infrastructure project operated by OND.

Contact and pilot requests

We collect the name, email, team name, product interest and workload description you submit. We use these to assess your request, contact you, and arrange pilot access. Do not include secrets or sensitive source code.

Storage and service providers

This website and submitted pilot requests are hosted on OND-operated infrastructure in Kyoto, Japan. Cloudflare provides DNS for the domain.Submitted information may be processed outside your country. Anti-abuse records use a hash of the connecting IP address; application processing does not need your raw IP address in its database. Hosting providers may keep operational request logs.

Payments

When billing is enabled, Stripe handles checkout and payment details. Pangea keeps Stripe reference IDs and subscription status to administer your service. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted pages and are not stored in Pangea’s application database.

Retention and requests

We retain pilot requests while evaluating them and operating your pilot relationship. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form and select “An existing request / billing question.” We may need to confirm your identity before acting.

Your browser

The CI and Apps demo consoles use sample data held in page memory and resets when you reload. It does not connect GitHub, submit repositories or collect card details. The application does not include advertising trackers. The hosting platform and Stripe may use cookies needed for their services.
